Vienna participants agree on Syrian election

  1. Participants in the Vienna talks on Syria agree that elections be held in the war-torn country in 18 months.
  2. People in Paris hold a vigil to pay tribute to the victims of Friday terrorist attacks that claimed at least 150 lives.
