On Sunday, the final day of the competitions at the Buyant Ukhaa Sport Complex in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar, the 24-year-old Iranian athlete stunned his Mongolian opponent Ambaselmaa Bayarsaikhan in the men's under 100-kilogram weight division with a koshi-jime in 31 seconds.

In the final of the category, Junior World Championships bronze medalist, Aaron Wolf, from Japan overcame Swedish competitor and Qingdao Grand Prix winner, Pacek Mart, to win the gold.
