The Israeli regime is reportedly cooperating with the al-Nusra Front terrorist group in the battle against the Syrian government.
Citing reports on Syrian opposition websites, the Haaretz newspaper said that the militants operating in the Golan Heights “provide ongoing intelligence information to Israel, and also receive help from the latter in the form of weapons and military training.”
The Nusra Front is a terrorist group and is responsible for horrible acts of terror against innocent civilians in Syria.
This comes amid media reports that Israel carried out last week’s terror attack in Syria with the help of Takfiri terrorists, particularly the Nusra Front.
The January 18 airstrike claimed the lives of six Hezbollah members, including 25-year-old Jihad Mughniyeh, the son of slain Hezbollah top commander Imad Mughniyeh, and an Iranian commander.
The victims were in Syria to help the Arab country in its fight against Takfiri terrorist groups.
Analysts believe the new Israeli assault is yet another attempt by Tel Aviv to change the balance of war in favor of the Takfiri militants fighting against Syria.
The Tel Aviv regime has carried out several airstrikes in Syria since the start of the nearly four-year-old foreign-sponsored militancy there.
Damascus says Tel Aviv and its Western allies are aiding the extremist terror groups operating inside Syria since March 2011.
The Syrian army has repeatedly seized huge quantities of Israeli-made weapons and advanced military equipment from the foreign-backed militants inside the Arab state.
