Genocide in Gaza

More than eight months into the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, the regime continues with its strikes on the blockaded territory. In one of the latest attacks targeting the Bureij and Nusierat refugee camps in central Gaza, the regime’s warplanes killed at least 17 people and injured several others. In southern Gaza, two Palestinians were killed and a number of others injured following Israeli airstrikes targeting the town of Qarara, north of Khan Yunis. The death toll from the Israeli onslaught on Gaza, which began in early October, has surpassed 37,370.

Israel-Lebanon tensions

Israel has once again prevented the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees from delivering life-saving aid to Palestinians suffering from more than eight months of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza. An UNRWA official speaking on condition of anonymity said the agency is still unable to deliver aid to southern Rafah.

Russia-DPRK relations

The Russian president has vowed to support the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in the wake of US pressure, blackmail and military threats. Vladimir Putin made the remarks in a letter published by the North Korean media ahead of his visit to Pyongyang. The letter said Moscow and Pyongyang will continue to oppose Western ambitions of hindering the establishment of a multi-polar world order.
