Storm Babet causes severe flooding in northern Germany

Waters in the north German city of Flensburg rose to more than two meters above their normal level, local authorities said, and a state of emergency has been issued for parts of the region where the city is located.

The extreme weather is shifting from the UK where three people died in Scotland and England on Friday and severe weather warnings are still in place.UK
