Roger Federer has cruised into the 3rd round of the Australian Open, after thrashing Serbia's Filip Krajinovic in straight sets.

The Swiss Maestro rushed to a thumping 6-1 win in the opening set. Krajinovic showed some resistance in the 2nd, but Federer re-grouped quickly, to claim the set 6-4.

In the 3rd, the 6-time champion lost only one game, and wrapped up the win with a powerful cross-court forehand-winner, in a match that lasted 1 hour and 32 minutes.

Federer is now just one win away from notching up his 100th victory at the Australian Open, and will face home-favorite John Millman in Round 3.
