EU threatens Venezuela with fresh sanctions

This week, the European Union has threatened Venezuela with fresh sanction, citing human rights violations by Caracas. While the EU and the opposition agree on penalizing the Venezuelan government to bring it to its knees, Caracas says the measures are abusive.
