The title Holders Real Madrid have qualified for the knock out stage of the competition with an impressive 2-0 victory over the Italian club AS Roma.
The Romans started brightly, but were unable to get any results from their early pressure, as the match ended goalless at the end of the 1st-half.
Los Blancos got on the score sheet when Gareth Bale scored with an impressive curling shot early after the break. Lucas Vasquez then doubled the lead for the Spanish giants just before the hour mark as it ended 2-0.
