The Dallas Mavericks have snapped the Thunder's seven-game winning streak as they defeated Oklahoma City 111-96.

The Mavericks led by one point at the end of the first quarter and a solid performance in the second frame saw them outscore Thunder by 34-23.

The hosts pushed the lead to 21 points early in the third period, thanks to back to back three-pointers by Harrison Barnes and rookie guard Luka Doncic, but Thunder rallied several times and reduced the deficit to 12 points.

The Mavericks took the fourth quarter 29-26 as they won for the second time in nine games. Doncic scored 22 points for Dallas, while Paul George led Oklahoma City with 20 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists.
