Heavy rain turns Belgium's Liege into flooded city
Heavy rain has turned shops and streets of Belgium's historic city of Liege into rivers.
Videos uploaded to social media showed water cascading down a staircase in a flooded shop and water drains bouncing up and down and overflowing with water caused by the heavy rain. Storm conditions have caused traffic chaos across the country in the past week, advising travelers to opt for the train instead of car, local media reported on Thursday.
