New prime minister proposed to Italian President Mattarella

In Italy, the anti-establishment 5-Star Movement and the anti-migrant Euroskeptic League have held government-formation consultations with President Sergio Mattarella. The leaders of the two political groups proposed 54-year-old law professor Giuseppe Conte to lead their government. Press TV's Max Civili has more in this report.
