India successfully test-fires nuclear-capable ICBM

India has successfully test-fired an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying nuclear warheads. The Indian army has called the test a major boost to the country’s defense capabilities. The test comes months after a standoff over a territorial dispute between India and China. Our New Delhi correspondent Sanjay Sethi has the details.
