Mattis stokes tension on Korean Peninsula

US Secretary of State James Mattis who is on a trip to South Korea has again threatened against what he called North’s possible use of nuclear weapons. Mattis’ remarks where repeated by Vice President Pence when he was visiting a US airbase which is home to US nuclear bombers. But in Seoul, not everybody reads from the same page with South Korean activists saying the tension on the Korean Peninsula could be resolved through restraint and negotiations. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
