Johnson says 'no doubt' Iran nuclear deal will survive

British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson gave a wide-ranging speech on foreign policy in London on October 23. He also made it clear that he believed the agreement between Iran and the P5+1 group of countries on Tehran’s nuclear program would survive despite a recent decision by the United States to not certify the deal.
