Spanish police raid Catalonia ministries, arrests top aides

Spanish police have raided Catalan regional government offices and arrested 14 pro-independence officials as the region prepares for a vote to split from Spain. The arrests followed Madrid's ban and a court ruling deeming the cessation vote illegal.
