EU top court rejects Slovakia, Hungry refugee appeal

The European Union’s top court has rejected an appeal filed by Hungary and Slovakia over a provisional relocation scheme that involves the resettlement of up to 160,000 refugees throughout Europe. The refugee crisis has caused divisions among the EU members.
