Seoul hosts Defense Dialog Forum amid rising regional tension

South Korea has hosted the Seoul Defense Dialogue with military representatives from 38 countries gathering to discuss regional challenges, especially North Korea. The forum comes as the US deployed the final four launchers of its controversial advanced missile system to South Korea amid a violent protest of local residents and activists.
