S Korea debates nukes as Putin, Moon call for talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin has called for negotiations to resolve the security crisis on the Korean Peninsula in talks with South Korean President Moon Jae-in. The comments come as voices grow stronger in South Korea calling for the country to develop its own nuclear deterrence.
