US President Donald Trump’s intention to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program emanates from his immigration policy which is very hostile to people from the Islamic nations and Latin America, says a journalist.

“He (Trump) is ... certainly very hostile to Latino immigrants” from Mexico as well as migrants from Muslim countries, Stephen Lendman told PressTV on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the author and journalist noted, the US president does not have any problem with immigrants from Israel and Europe.

US President Donald Trump plans to announce Tuesday his decision on whether to end an amnesty for hundreds of thousands of people brought to America illegally as minors and who for the most part are thoroughly integrated into US society.
