US President Donald Trump has agreed in principle with his South Korean counterpart to expand the payload and the range of South Korean missiles. The US president also conceptually approved billions of dollars of weapon sales to South Korea in what he calls a response to North Korea’s threats. The approval has already raised concerns about a new arms race on the Korean peninsula. From the South Korean capital Seoul, Press TV’s Frank Smith reports.
