US Open: Schwartzman pulls off shock win over Cilic

Diego Schwartzman

Diego Schwartzman has gone through to the 4th round of a grand slam for the first time in his career after he sent 2014 champion Marin Cilic crashing out of the US Open.
The 25-year-old completed the feat on Friday in four sets 4-6, 7-5, 7-5 and 6-4, while the Croatian was well below his best, making 80 unforced errors.

The Argentine, however, had 4 break points which were all converted. Two of those break points were also set points as he moved into a 2 sets to 1 lead.

He was broken in the last set, but 2 games later the man from Buenos Aires had claimed the biggest achievement of his career.
