S Korean president marks 100 days, seeks peace with North

South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Thursday marked 100 days in office amid high-running tensions deepened by an exchange of fiery rhetoric between North Korea and the United States. Moon has sought engagement with the North, and took the occasion to suggest he would meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-un if Pyongyang refrained from further missile and nuclear tests.
