Suspect in attack on Paris soldiers arrested

French police have arrested a suspect after a car plowed into six soldiers near their barracks in a Parisian suburb. Interior Minister Gerard Collomb says the car-ramming attack was deliberate and calculated. He also says this shows the importance of a new terrorism law enshrining the state of emergency which has been in place in France since 2015. Ramin Mazaheri has more from Paris.
