Endless sets of twins from across the globe have gathered in US town of Twinsburg to participate in the Twins Days Festival.

It's the 42nd year the festival has been taking place in the small Ohio town, founded by identical twins some 200 years ago.

The event is the world’s largest annual gathering of twins and is open to all those of multiple birth. Organizers encouraged people taking part to dress according to their country of origin or to represent their family's heritage.

The twins festival includes a talent show, a "double take" parade and contests for those who look most and least alike. The event runs from August 4th to August 6th.
