Tensions have again flared up in Venezuela as the opposition launches a 24-hour nationwide strike amid ongoing anti-government protests. The opposition called the walkout in protest at President Nicolas Maduro’s plan to rewrite the constitution. From Caracas, Press TV’s correspondent Jesus Silva brings us the story.
