Indoor skydivers set new Guinness World Record

Flyers Stef Millet and Manu Sarrazin hang in the air for more than seven hours in a wind tunnel in Spain.

Two flyers have broken the Guinness World Record for the longest indoor skydiving at a vertical wind tunnel in northern Spain.

Stef Millet and Manu Sarrazin flew uninterrupted for 7 hours, 15 minutes and 13 seconds to beat the 7 hours and five seconds record of indoor freefall set last year in Dubai.

More than 20 flyers joined Millet and Sarrazin periodically during the flight, which raised money to help children with special needs.

The result was made official by three judges of the International Aeronautical Federation and a representative of the Guinness World Records Association.
