Iraqi PM Abadi takes victory lap in Mosul

Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi has congratulated top military officials for retaking the flash point city of Mosul from Daesh Takfiri terrorists. But he's yet to formally announce the full liberation of the city.
