French left boycotts ‘monarch’ Macron’s Versailles speech

France’s new government is starting to get to work in earnest, and President Emmanuel Macron gave a surprising “state of the union” address. The only major announcement was that he will end the state of emergency this fall, but not before a final extension later this month. Ramin Mazaheri reports from Paris.
