Washington wants to use issues such as Iran’s missile program and its influence in the region to put more pressure on the Islamic Republic, but Iranians will stand against bullying powers, says a political analyst.

“Iran is not going to give up its ballistic missile technology or its growth and Iran is adamant to give up any of its allies and its upper-hand in the region,” Mostafa Khoshcheshm, told Press TV on Sunday.

The American authorities have tried “to change the Islamic Republic of Iran step by step,” he said, adding that they first focused on Iran’s nuclear program, then its ballistic missile technology and Iran’s upper hand in the region.
