Secret prisons in southern Yemen

Human Rights Watch and the Associated Press have published new reports on a secret network of prisons in southern Yemen run by the United Arab Emirates where U.S. forces interrogate detainees.

In this episode of The Debate, Press TV has conducted an interview with Catherine Shakdam, the director of the Shafaqna Institute for Middle Eastern Studies, from London, and political commentator and Middle East expert Jihad Mouracadeh, from Beirut, to discuss the reports published by Human Rights Watch and the Associated Press accusing the United Arab Emirates of having secret prisons in southern Yemen.
