Why did the Manchester attack happen?

Have MI5 and MI6 been playing a dangerous game by supporting Takfiri terrorists in Libya and Syria and now one of those terrorists has attacked Manchester?

The British government operated an "open door" policy that allowed Libyan exiles and British-Libyan citizens to join the 2011 uprising that toppled Muammar Gaddafi even though some had been subject to counter-terrorism control orders.

Several former rebel fighters now back in the UK told that they had been able to travel to Libya with "no questions asked" as authorities continued to investigate the background of a British-Libyan suicide bomber who killed 22 people in Monday's attack in Manchester.

It appears that MI5 has been a dirty game of arming and facilitating Takfiri militants to fight Assad and Gaddafi and now one of these militants has attacked Manchester in a terrorist attack. Will the British state finally realize that align themselves with such groups not only puts Syrian and Libyan lives in danger but actually puts British lives within the UK in danger too?
