Barcelona have defeated Alaves 3-1 to win the Copa del Rey for the 3rd Year in a row and end a disappointing campaign with a piece of silverware in manger Luis Enrique’s last game in charge.

Lionel Messi curled-in the opener in the 30th minute from outside the area before Alaves fought back and drew level three minutes later through a superb free-kick by Theo Hernandez.

Neymar scored the second goal for the Catalans, a minute before halftime. The Brazilian bundled-in an Andre Gomes low cross from the right to make it 2-1.

Barcelona’s goal-scoring in the firsy half was not over. Messi played a neat through pass which was finished calmly by Paco Alcacer who secured the 29th Copa del Rey for the Catalans.
