The Cleveland Cavaliers have overpowered the Boston Celtics 135-102 to head to the finals after winning the series 4 games to 1.

The visiting Cavs started the match with full power on Thursday and took a huge 43-27 lead by the end of the first period as they set a team record for the most points gained in one quarter of a playoff game.

Cleveland continued with the same momentum in the second period and won 32-30 to stretch their advantage to 18 points at the intermission.

In the third, LeBron James scored on layup to make it 90-65 for the Cavs and then took his side to a 32-point lead by draining a three. And with that basket James passed NBA hall of famer Michael Jordan for the most career points scored in the playoffs. The visitors continued their dominance throughout the game to win with 33 points.
