Catalan leader challenges Spain to agree to referendum

Catalonia’s President Carles Puigdemont has laid out his government's plan to hold a referendum on independence from Spain this year. He’s expressed hope to reach an agreement with Madrid on a formula to guarantee the referendum. But, he’s also warned that the vote will take place with or without an approval from the central government. Press TV’s Kusai Kedri in Barcelona tells us more.
