EPL: Chelsea celebrate title with 5-1 win over Sunderland

Chelsea have celebrated their title of the English Premier League and captain John Terry's last game at Stamford Bridge by thrashing Sunderland 5-1.

The visitors shocked the home crowd on Sunday when they scored as early as the 3rd minute through Khavier Manquillo. But, Willian equalized 5 minutes later with a powerful strike.

Eden Hazard then gave the London Blues the lead by firing a low shot into the bottom corner of the net, making it 2-1. Pedro scored the 3rd with a header in the 77th minute and Batshuayi completed the rout by adding 2 late goals.

With the triumph, Antonio Conte's men became the first English club to secure 30 top-flight victories in a 38-game season. As for 36 year old captain Terry, it was his 717th and final appearance for the team that he joined when he was just 14-years-old.
