The Washington Wizards have topped the Boston Celtics 92-91 to force a Game 7 in the Eastern Conference semifinal.
The Wizards hosted the Celtics at the Verizon Center on Friday night and led 22-17 in the first quarter. In the second, Avery Bradley soared high to convert a lob pass into a slam dunk, as the Celtics lead 42-41.
The visitors kept their dominance in the third quarter but the Wizards managed to control the match in the final frame which ended with their 1 point victory. Bradley Beal scored 33 points for the Wizards.
Game 7 will be held at Boston on Monday night. The winner will face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference finals starting on Wednesday.
