Fresh tension between Catalonia, Madrid over referendum ballot boxes

Authorities in the autonomous Spanish region of Catalonia are pressing ahead with plans to hold a referendum despite opposition from the central government. Catalonia recently approved a budget plan to buy the ballot boxes, which will be used in the referendum. Spain's ruling executive says it will oppose the idea through all legal means. Kusai Khedri has the details from Barcelona.
