Crisis deepens in Kashmir as India refuses to resume dialog

In a move that is likely to turn the situation in Indian-controlled Kashmir from bad to worse, New Delhi has refused to hold talks with an alliance of pro-independence groups in the region. As Press TV's Syed Ali Safvi reports, the decision has evoked widespread condemnation with some leaders calling it extremely dangerous for Kashmir's future.
