Erdogan declares victory in referendum, opposition challenge results

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declares victory in Turkey's landmark referendum on a package of constitutional amendments. The vote gives him sweeping new powers and extends his influence over the judiciary and parliament. But as our correspondent Rahshan Saglam reports the opposition is contesting up to two-thirds of the votes cast.
