Low election turnout strong message to India

India's parliamentary election held in Indian-controlled Kashmir has witnessed a turnout as low as around 7 percent. Kashmiris say the boycott of the polls is an indication of their dissatisfaction with the Indian rule in the disputed region. Our correspondent Shahana butt reports.
