NBA: Hawks rout Hornets 103-76

In the NBA, the Atlanta Hawks have routed the Charlotte Hornets 103-76 at Philips Arena.

The Hawks, who were playing at home, were the better side of the game and managed to end the first half with a 63-44 lead.

Atlanta maintained their dominance in the third and final frames which led to their huge 27 points victory.

With the win, the Hawks grabbed the No. 5 seed in the Eastern Conference. Dwight Howard scored 19 points for the Hawks while Jeremy Lamb scored 21 points for the Hornets.
