Thousands protest in Belgium against the practice of what has been described as 'social dumping'. Trade unions accuse the EU firms of exploiting foreign workers by giving them the same low pay and poor conditions that they would receive back home in their own countries. They claim the practice also means there are fewer jobs for citizens of the EU. Jerome Hughes reports.
