Italian prosecutors probing privately-run aid vessels

Italian prosecutors have launched an investigation into activities of some privately-run aid vessels rescuing refugees off the Libyan coast. The probe comes after allegations that such NGOs are acting as a de facto taxi service for refugee smugglers. Our Italy correspondent Max Civili has more.
