The visiting Golden State Warriors have defeated the Atlanta Hawks 119-111 at the Philips Arena.

Atlanta started the match with full force on Monday and took a huge 42-35 lead by the end of the first quarter. But Golden State found their rhythm in the second frame and won the period 26-24 to trail by five points at halftime.

The Warriors carried their momentum into the third and went in front on a three-pointer from the top of the key by Draymond Green.

Klay Thompson hit a pull-up jumper to extend the visitors lead to 85-76. And from then on, Golden State continued their fine play to top Atlanta 119-111 and send the Hawks to their third straight loss.
