Delegations from the Syrian government and opposition have met UN mediator Staffan de Mistura for a second day in Geneva. But they have yet to start their serious negotiation on key political issues. The two sides still need to agree on the format of the talks. From Geneva, Press TV’s Homa Lezgee reports.
