Iran ‘s Esteghlal Khouzestan have posted a 1-0 victory over Saudi Arabia's Al Fateh in group B of the AFC Champions League in Muscat, Oman.
After a goalless first half, Esteghlal Khouzestan managed to break in the deadlock in the 80th minute of the Monday encounter when Abolfazl Alaii headed home Peyman Shirzadi's in-swinging corner at the far post.
