N Korea marks leader's birth anniversary amid regional tensions

North Korea has marked the 75th birth anniversary of the country’s late leader Kim Jong-il. Kim Jong-un visited the mausoleum of his father renewing allegiance to him. Amid high tensions on the Korean Peninsula over Pyongyang’s recent missile test, engagement between the 2 Koreas seems unlikely.
