India's Himalayan state of Uttarakhand goes for polls

Indians have voted in the second round of a state election that is seen as the biggest test for Prime Minister Narendra Modi since he took office 3 years ago. Our correspondent Munawar Zaman tells us how the voting went on in the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand where people complain about unemployment and poverty.
