NHL: Rangers defeat Blue Jackets 3-2

In the NHL, the visiting New York Rangers have registered a 3-2 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets with the help of Jimmy Vesey at the Nationwide Arena.

Locked at 2-2 in the third period on Monday, the winger scored on a wrist shot from the bottom of the right circle to put the Rangers back in front and with Antti Raanta making two big saves in the final 23 seconds, New York managed to hold on and defeat Columbus 3-2 for their 6th straight win.
