The image of the hand of a 21-week-old unborn baby reaching out of her mother's womb and holding the surgeon's finger.

This program is about a ground-breaking surgical operation on an unborn fetus in August 1999. During the surgery, the fetus stretches his arm and grasps the surgeon's finger. The moment was captured and the photo was named "Hand of Hope." The photo has ever since come to shake the world.
